When I completed my University of Michigan MBA in Organizational Behavior,  I had no idea my REAL path in life was to help individuals as an Energetic Healer and Personal Growth Consultant" Ms. Fischer grinned.  "But I wouldn't have it any other way."  

After working a total of seven years for Fortune 500 firms Frito-Lay (World Headquarters), and SOHIO (Standard Oil of Ohio), she struck out as an independent business consultant. where she had a personal epiphany, "discovering what I was really supposed to be when I grew-up!"

In 1990, Ms. Fischer launched her private practice, InnerAwareness (based on OneBrain Technology).  Designed to "help people get out of their own way, and create more of what they REALLY want in their lives!,"  her individual sessions are each uniquely different, customized to the person and issues involved.  InnerAwareness became extremely successful---for a time new clients had to wait three months to have a new client session with Ms. Fischer.

She also taught several successful one-night Adult Education classes for Fun-Ed in Dallas, earning Instructor of the Month recognition (only 12 a year from 300 instructors on staff).  Her most popular classes included:  "Self-Sabotage Prevention" and "How to Discover What You Really Want."

Always seeking to enrich her clients' experiences, Ms. Fischer continued to study a wide variety of other modalities, including NLP, Raymon Grace Dowsing, Tad James' Timeline Therapy. Level I Reiki, Krasner Hypnotherapy, and a live Quantum Healing intensive taught by Dr. Deepak Chopra.  

By 2021, after over 30 years in Private Practice and over 60,000 of client session hours clocked, now a true Master Change Agent, Ms. Fischer developed THE FISCHER METHOD. 

Her goal in creating this system, is to support other wellness professionals to be able to "quickly, easily and gently facilitate clients to experience permanent paradigm shifts and life-changing breakthroughs."  She adds, "we are doing our clients a dis-service if we are NOT affecting change to the cellular and causal level.....anything less than that amounts to rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic--it might look nicer, but it is NOT addressing the REAL issues at a CAUSAL level!"
