I have been on a 20-year learning experience that ultimately led to the opening of Grounded & Growing. It was born out of my daily personal struggles with chronic pain as well as the desire for growth  to help my patients on a deeper level.

 In 2016, I began to look at where life had taken me so far and spent a lot of time in prayer.  I began to wonder if physical therapy was my only purpose. Or was I supposed to do more? Soon after, I had my answer and it’s been fun to see what’s been unfolding ever since. 

One thing quickly led to another and I was immersed in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I found NLP incredibly fascinating! I discovered Brainspotting and soon was certified and offering these services in tandem to my clients.  In 2023 I also became a Licensed Brain Trainer through Amen University. 

 These life-changing tools have the ability to pull you out of a rut and heal your physical and emotional pain. Many think they are stuck where they are with no help or no way to get to where they want to go. Why do you feel that way?  I’m here to tell you that you just have to have the tools to know-how, and that’s where I come in.

This is an exciting time in your life! Why? Because there is hope! Science is growing and our knowledge of the brain/body connection is far deeper than we once knew.  You have the ability to change your brain!
